Option A:

In the film we saw a fictionalized government agent who operated across international borders with ease. In the article we see a real life group of government agents designed to potentially operate across international borders, suggesting that the film might not be so far from reality. How would you feel if agents of another government were operating within your country to fight terrorism? Would you want a Turkish special agent armed with guns and a license to kill hunting down Brazilian terrorists in your neighborhood? Why or why not?

Option B:

We saw in the movie that terrorist methods can be used for the sake of economic goals. A more common reason behind terrorism might be political and social goals. Can terrorism be a legitimate form of political expression? Or is it never an appropriate way to enact change?
